Dmitrii Fedorov
Studio Tutor

Dmitrii Federov is a designer, maker and draftsman who navigates the territory between the workshop- as the place of production -and the studio, home to the digital realm. He is a workshop tutor at Hooke Park.

Prior to joining Hooke Park community Dmitrii was practising as an architect in St Petersburg. Dmitrii had worked on conceptual development of luxury villas, airports and masterplans scattered across a variety of European countries. In parallel to this collaborative role, Dmitrii evolved a private practice through design and construction of rural structures, creation and supervision of classical art, participation in publicity and visual experimentation. His current interests are in the translation of a sustainable economic value in to spacial and material development through an architectural practice.

Dmitrii is an alumnus of the AA and his distinction at D&M MArch yielded invention in digital fabrication, round wood connection and assisted-assembly structures. His mission to evolve and dessiminate the ethos of the Woods continues in his work as workshop tutor at Hooke Park and his involvement as research assistant with Hooke Park's Woodlab research project
